Come groove your way to a healthier you! This 60min class will get you moving and sweating using the low impact elements of Barre; isometric movements, resistance, light weights, and core conditioning. Afterwards soothe those fatigued muscles with yoga inspired stretches. This Yoga Barre fusion is a match made in heaven! No previous experience is required.
