This is a class geared toward people who are looking to not only maintain their physical fitness, but also take it to the next level. We use a variety of equipment in order to add an athletic component to the workouts. This high energy class will help you to build a strong fitness foundation to launch you successfully into other types of workouts while avoiding injury. People who have been active most of their lives will at some point hit a wall in their performance, they start experiencing more injuries, more soreness. The remedy for this takes dedication but is totally do-able…work. out. But don’t just do any work out, work out the right way: develop strong, efficient movement patterns, mobility, a strong core, endurance, agility, renew your energy. We cover all of these bases and more. This is a chance to take your performance in all other sports and activities to the next level.
