Level-Up

This is a class geared toward participants coming out of the First Time Fitness program or those who aren’t quite ready for our more intense fitness training classes. Level-up is a class that will launch you from beginner to intermediate, increasing confidence around building intensity in your workouts while maintaining proper form.
