Strength & Stretch

We have implemented the Restriction Exemption Program at our studio, please provide Proof of Vaccination or Medical Exemption or a negative rapid PCR test when you come to class!

30 min of strength work + 30 min of restoration and mobility work. The perfect way to wind down your week! Each week we will work through a short full body strength workout and follow it up with a combination of self myofascial release (using a ball and or foam roller) and stretches. We finish the class with a short meditation to leave you feeling completely restored as you enter the weekend!
