This is a class that’s sure to increase your strength, stamina and energy levels. More>>

FIRST TIME FITNESS
This is a 12 week registered program that runs once per week geared toward women who are new to exercise or haven’t exercised in a long time. More>>

This is a class geared toward men who are new to exercise or haven’t exercised in long time. More>>

BODY SCULPT
This is a total body conditioning class designed for any level of fitness as you set the bar for how hard you’d like to push. More>>

LEVEL-UP
This fitness class will launch you from beginner to intermediate, learn to build intensity in your workouts while maintaining proper form. More>>

BARRE
Come groove your way to a healthier you! This 60min class will get you moving and sweating using the low impact elements of Barre. More>>

EASY DOES IT
This is a class geared toward older adults looking to improve their posture, core strength, mobility and general ability to continue doing the things they love on a regular basis. More>>

MOVIN’ MAMAS
This is a kid-friendly class where you can get a sweat on with other Mom’s. Learn how to strengthen your body the right way after having kids. More>>
