When you click the link above you will be redirected to a blank waiver, once you complete the waiver we will get in touch with via email to set up your first class!

Online Class Requirements:
* Laptop, computer, tablet or smartphone with a camera
* Internet connection
* “Zoom Cloud Meeting” app if you are on a tablet or smartphone
* “Spotify” app if you want to follow our playlists! (we won’t be playing music in the class so you can hear us better)

* BONUS: set of dumbbells and and exercise mat

Outdoor Class Requirements:
* Exercise mat
* 1 set of each light and heavy dumbbells
* Water bottle
* Sweat towel
* Hat, sunscreen, bug spray
* Your instructor will direct you to where you can set-up your mat, all participants must be 3 METERS apart.
* In the event that weather is not cooperating we will send out an email and the class will be online instead

In-Studio Class Requirements:
* Bring your own exercise mat, yoga props, and or hand weights
* All of the above are available to sign-out if you don’t have them, just send us an email! (info@altitude-at.ca)
* Water bottle, sweat towel
* Please arrive READY to work out, sanitize and/or wash your hands, then head straight to your workout station
* No more than 2 people permitted in the change area at one time
* Any equipment set up for you prior to class will be disinfected before and after class
* All workout stations will be set-up prior to your arrival allowing for 2 METERS distance between participants
* Please remember to social distance (2 meters apart) in the lobby area

Online Class FAQ

1) I don’t own any fitness equipment, can I still participate?
Absolutely! We will be using minimal equipment, if anything we will use dumbbells, mini-bands, resistance bands and yoga blocks. You can improvise with soup cans or any other heavy object you can find at home 🙂 We have resistance bands for sale and we have made our dumbbells and yoga blocks available to sign out at the studio. Email info@altitude-at.ca for more information!

2) Do I have to have my camera on during the class?
No, this is completely up to you. If you’re not comfortable being on camera you’re more than welcome to turn yours off. With your camera on we are able to help with correcting form (addressing the group only, not individuals) and you’re able to socialize more with the other participants before and after class!

3) What if I already have a membership or punch card for in-studio classes?
All memberships and punch card have been placed on hold until September 2020. Of course, this is subject to change depending on our circumstances within the province of Alberta regarding exercising amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have NEW monthly memberships set up for unlimited classes – $50/month for an individual, $75/month for couples. Email info@altitude-at.ca for more information.

4) Which classes are co-ed?
Anyone is able to attend any class on the schedule with our new online format.
