Becca Philipsen

(Yoga Instructor)

I grew up in a small farming community which lead me to living an active lifestyle. Throughout grade school, I played every and any sport I could- soccer, basketball, volleyball, track & field, dance, cross country running, etc. After high school, I moved to Calgary where I recently completed my Bachelor of Education degree with a minor in General Science at Mount Royal University. As an undergrad, I turned to running and strength training.

In 2015, I was introduced to yoga, and at first, I really disliked it! Flash forward a few months later and I was hooked! In 2017 I completed my instructor trainings and received certifications for my 200-hour vinyasa yoga,  children’s yoga, sculpt yoga, and H.I.I.T (high-intensity interval training). Leading and living an active and healthy lifestyle is one of my many passions, and I feel blessed that I am able to share this passion of mine with others through their yoga and fitness journeys!
