Movin’ Mamas
Are you a Mom with little ones at home looking for an opportunity to get back into your workouts? If so, this class is for you!
This is a kid-friendly class where you can get a sweat on with other Mom’s. Learn how to strengthen your body the right way after having kids. It’s going to be all kinds of crazy for the hour, but it’s going to be fun and you’re going to feel great! We know how hard it can be to find time to get your workouts in and having a kid-friendly scheduled option is a great way to get started!
In order to keep the classes safe and effective, we are limited to 10 participants only.
Day/Time: Thursday’s @ 10:30am
Duration: Jan 9-Mar 26
Investment: $150
NOTE: there will be no child care during the workout, but you’re welcome to have your kids follow you to the various stations

First Time Fitness
This is a 12 week registered program that runs once per week geared toward people who are new to exercise or haven’t exercised in a long time. If you’ve ever been on the fence about starting an exercise program, this is the time to jump in and the perfect place to start!
First Time Fitness focuses on the basic foundations of movement, including mobility, core strength and posture. Participants learn how to exercise the right way to build a strong fitness foundation and avoid injury. The foundation you build in this class will help prepare you for all kinds of workouts down the road.
This class is a mix of strength training and cardio designed to improve your strength, stamina and energy levels. We top it off with educational tools and weekly challenges to hold you accountable and build your fitness base!
