MORNING STRETCH

Perfect for beginners, this hour-long session prioritizes mobility and well-being. With slow, deliberate warm-ups and deep stretches, you’ll discover a newfound sense of flexibility and strength while supporting your body for better posture.
YOGA FOR NON-YOGIS
Tues @ 6:30pm

This beginner level class offers basic full body stretches with plenty of guidance. Choose to be less stiff and move with ease. Our goal is to create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for you to start to understand the practice of yoga and how it could benefit you!
LOW IMPACT LIFT

A strength training class for anyone with limitations or simply looking to work at a gentler pace than our Stronger 2.0 group. This class is focused on strength training only (no cardio component) with plenty of adaptations available for participants! Move through slow, intentional reps using a variety of equipment from bands to dumbbells to fitness balls to keep you challenged!
Option to access option gym for a second workout each week.
STRONG START 4 MOMS

It’s the kid-friendly version of our 8 week foundations program – Strong Start! Mom’s of young children, we know how hard it can be to find child care just so you can get a workout in, this program is your solution! You’re welcome to bring your small children to class with you. Fit your workout in, connect with other Mom’s and improve your fitness! This is a foundational program that helps to improve your core, posture and all around strength.
This expectation in this program is to complete 3 workouts each week. One with a coach and 2 additional workouts on your own either at home or during our “kid-friendly” open gym hours.
