Easy Does It 101

Our Easy Does It group has been going strong for a few years now and we’re so proud of their progress! While we’re always open to new people joining the group, we know it can be a little intimidating to join an existing group when you’re just getting started!

If you’re an older adult or someone with physical limitations looking to become active in a way that’s safe and effective, then EASY DOES IT 101 is the perfect starting point for you! This class runs for 8 weeks and will teach you how to exercise safely while having fun at the same time!
