Designed for those who want to stay active, feel strong, and keep moving, even if your body can’t do everything it once did (and that’s totally okay!). Easy Does It is a welcoming, feel-good movement class focused on helping you build strength, improve balance, and move with more ease—all at your own pace. All exercises are done standing or seated in a chair, so you can participate fully, no matter your mobility level or experience.

STRONG 4 LIFE

Once our “older adults” class — now a favorite for women of all ages and stages!
This fun, low-impact class mixes cardio, strength, balance, and mobility work to help you move better, feel stronger, and keep doing what you love. Expect 60 minutes of sweat, strength, and smiles — perfect for beginners to intermediates who want a full-body workout without the injury risk.

Payment Options:
Monthly Membership $80+tax/4 weeks (autopay with the option to “pause”)

YIN

Yin yoga is a 60min practice that consists of a series of passive poses which work to target the body’s fascia and connective tissues. These poses are held for an extended period of time which helps to regulate the flow of energy in the body (yin) and increase flexibility. Breath and relaxation techniques are also utilized throughout as a way to assist the body with releasing into the poses and releasing tension. This class is great for any experience level whether you are new to yoga or looking for a complimentary class to your other workouts.

Yin is a beautiful way to calm your nervous system and ensure a good night’s rest. Every class finishes with a short meditation and warm lemongrass towel.
