Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a Certified Athletic Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

For years, I’ve watched people spend thousands of dollars chasing pain relief without ever addressing why their body keeps breaking down.

Unlike traditional healthcare, this isn’t a series of appointments.

It’s a coaching relationship.

We’ll work together over 9–12 months through a monthly membership designed around your progress—not a predetermined schedule.

Sometimes we’ll meet more often.

Sometimes you’ll be working independently for several weeks while we continue building on your momentum.

A relaxed 15–20 minute phone conversation where we learn more about each other and decide if Built 4 Life feels like the right fit.

In-Person Consultation

We’ll explore your health history, your current challenges, and where you want your body to take you over the next several decades.

Initial Assessment

A comprehensive movement assessment that becomes the blueprint for your personalized program.

Ongoing Coaching

Together we’ll continue rebuilding your body with education, movement, strength, recovery strategies, nutrition coaching, and accountability.

• 30% due upon registration

• Remaining balance divided into monthly payments
