First Time Fitness

This is a 12 week registered program that runs once per week geared toward people who are new to exercise or haven’t exercised in a long time. First Time Fitness focuses on the basic foundations of movement, including mobility, core strength and posture. Participants learn how to exercise the right way to build a strong fitness foundation and avoid injury. The foundation you build in this class will help prepare you for all kinds of workouts down the road.

This class is a mix of strength training and cardio designed to improve your strength, stamina and energy levels. We top it off with educational tools and weekly challenges to hold you accountable and build your fitness base!
