Movin’ Mamas

Are you a Mom with little ones at home looking for an opportunity to get back into your workouts? If so, this class is for you!

This is a kid-friendly class where you can get a sweat on with other Mom’s. Learn how to strengthen your body the right way after having kids.

It’s going to be all kinds of crazy for the hour, but it’s going to be fun and you’re going to feel great!

As a Mom, I know how hard it can be to find time to get your workouts in and having a kid-friendly scheduled option is a great way to get started!

In order to keep the classes safe and effective, we are limited to 10 participants only.

NOTE: there will be no child care during the workout, but you’re welcome to have your kids follow you to the various stations
