Stronger 2.0 is the next step for the graduates of Stronger U. They will continue to work through periodized strength training program. The phases are lengthened to 6 weeks to include recovery and transition workout weeks between phases of training. Stronger 2.0 will launch you to the next level, helping you to maintain structure and focus which will allow you to continue to build intensity and become the strongest, most fit version of yourself!
