Stronger 2.0 will launch you to the next level, helping you to maintain structure and focus in your workouts by following a periodized strength training program. This will allow you to continue to build intensity and become the strongest, most fit version of yourself!

Stronger 2.0 us the perfect fit for people who want to work out regularly but not be limited to a specific class schedule. With this program you get the structure and coaching of a group class as well as freedom in working out when it works for you!

If reading this is getting you excited about the possibilities for you, that’s amazing! But wait…at Altitude we are all about setting you up for success and in order to be successful in Stronger 2.0 you need to make your STRONG START.

STRONG START is our 8 week foundations program designed specifically to help you maximize your results and reduce your risk of injury. Completion of the STRONG START program ensures you’re entering into Stronger 2.0 prepared to DOMINATE!

It’s important to know that STRONG START is not geared specifically to beginners….it’s a FOUNDATIONS program. Doing exercises the right way is important to achieving great results and in order to make sure no one falls through the cracks we have everyone start here. This means even if you’ve worked out before, this program is still a MUST for you. We guarantee you’re going to learn something new and not to worry, you will most definitely feel as though you’re getting a sweat on each week, no matter your how long you’ve been strength training.

“Getting FIT” is actually pretty simple. The dosage, the intensity you need to work at is very well documented in the research and…it works!

The way to solidify your potential for amazing results is to learn those principles and what they look like for you, how they feel in your body and then of course, showing up to get it done.

Sometimes we think we’re doing what we need to do, but the results aren’t there. STRONG START takes a deep dive into this missing piece so you can push yourself to the level required to achieve those results.
