It’s the kid-friendly version of our 8 week foundations program – Strong Start! Mom’s of young children, we know how hard it can be to find child care just so you can get a workout in, this program is your solution! You’re welcome to bring your small children to class with you. Fit your workout in, connect with other Mom’s and improve your fitness! You’ll learn how to move better, feel stronger, and create habits that actually stick.
