We are so lucky to have amazing fitness classes and instructors in our rural area for the advanced, beginner, young, and old, who are wanting to improve their overall health!     Sarah and staff are super knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and well being and make working out so much fun!!   I have been attending boot camp for almost 3 years now and my fitness and strength have improved a lot.  I have learned the proper techniques, especially when it comes to strength training, to avoid any kind of injuries.
